MTO gear fl ow-divider (aluminium housing): Two to twelve section divider, available in two sizes with a part oil fl ow-rate from a minimum of 2 l/min to a maximum of 62 l/min. Working pressure 210 to 250 bar. Within each specifi c size, devices with varying absorption-volumes differ only in terms of the width of the housing. The chamber inlets are interconnected internally. Every second chamber has an inlet junction to enable connection according to fl ow-rate and dynamic pressure. Version ‘A’ has a combined pressure-limit and prefi ll valve incorporated directly in the housing. Specially designed version available as replacement for MTZ-..48-EA7 and MTZ-..M11-EA7.

Steel output block for end-position damping, with a pressure-limit valve for secondary protection, a prefi ll valve and test port for each section. Can be supplied with contact-free revolution counter.

JAHNS雅恩斯JPSM系列行星齒輪馬達(dá)

JPSM planetary gear units: Coaxial planetary gear unit in 16 sizes up to 300.000 Nm Angle-drive planetary gear unit in 15 sizes up to 150.000 Nm Gear unit output with splined shaft, keyed shaft, splined hollow shaft or shrink disc. Gear unit foot mounting with keyed shaft. On the input side the gear units can be supplied with keyed shaft for belt transmission, with hydraulically applied multiple disc brakes, as well as connections for all currently available hydraulic and electric motors. For the main drive side, splined hubs, endplates, main drive fl anges, pinions, splined shafts and shrink discs are also available.

JAHNS雅恩斯HMw系列徑向柱塞馬達(dá)

HMw radial piston motor: 18 motors in 6 sizes are available as standard with a range of absorption volumes between 188 and 6.300 cm3/rev. All the motors come with the option of a splined shaft, keyed shaft or a splined hollow shaft, contact-free revolution counter, hydraulically applied multi-disc brakes and connection blocks with integrated pressure limit and prefi ll valves. Continuous operating pressure: 210 to 280 bar, dependent on revolution speed.

JAHNS雅恩斯MD4，MDS2系列葉片馬達(dá)

MD4 and MDS2 vane motors: In 1992 Jahns took over the manufacture, sales and servicing of the range of vane motors, previously produced by Teves. The MD4 constant motors are produced in 4 sizes and the MDS2, 3-stage, switchable, vane motors in 3 sizes with an absorption volume between 51.6 und 2496 cm3/rev. The key advantages of these motors lie in their compact design (small outer diameter) and the continuous hollow shaft on the main drive side which offers multiple different application possibilities. The size 6 is no longer available. Instead, a version of the size 5.5 can be supplied which has the same connection dimensions.

JAHNS雅恩斯TPV系列軸向柱塞泵

TPV axial piston pump: Adjustable axial piston pumps for closed-loop circulation. Available in 2 sizes as single or tandem pump with a delivery volume of 6.8 to 30 cm3/rev per pump. Operating pressure: continuous 210 bar, peak 350 bar. Version available with mechanical displacement or servo-hydraulic cylinder displacement (dependent on pilot pressure), compensator reset and add-on feed pump.
